Health is the overall condition of a living organism at a given time. It is the soundness of the body, freedom from disease or abnormality, and the condition of optimal well-being. It is when the body is functioning as it was designed to function. The World Health Organization (WHO) defined health in its broader sense as "A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition.

 

Healing the Body, Mind and Emotions

The human body evolved from a single cell organism. Every one of us has the innate ability to experience a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Within each of us lies the capacity to completely return to wholeness. The secret is to live in wholeness now by cultivating a lifestyle that nurtures all aspects of our life – including our physical and emotional health, relationships, success in fulfilling our dreams and desires and our personal growth. Good physical, emotional and mental health is a natural benefit of self-healing.

We are then connected with the information to and from the Source field. Healing is a return to this fullness and reclaims the territory of open living.
