My journey probably would not have been so fulfilling if I had not met the Life Research Academy Team. My experience with Dr. Newton is very soothing and intriguing. Dr. Lakshmi has all the patience in the world to provide comfort even when I have to share something which is not conclusive in itself. The Team together, at different levels, has guided me to explore further on each feeling and disappointment thereby helping me to discover more and more about myself.

I am inclined to share my beautiful experiences one after another in the process of looking inwards. This happened to me both as a client and as a therapist thus providing immense insights. Having travelled through the initial excitement, feeling of possessing Great Knowledge, getting fooled each time with the limitation of the knowledge, rediscovery of the limitation, and eventual acceptance of the same only seems to have humbled me to a great extent if not completely.

Ruminating Dr. Newton’s statements has become a part of my life. Oh! What he taught is what I think each day. As if I understood completely! His small messages mean more and more each day....what did he mean when he wrote ”the gull sees farthest who flies highest” may be this , no it is this , surely this …still not knowing what he meant. If just 3 such messages can create this whirlpool ….. !

My most amazing experience was in one of the rebirthing sessions (of course each past life therapy session was unique and intriguing) and now I wish to share briefly the Rebirthing-Breathwork Training Program.

Dr. Newton started the first introductory process with a demonstration and his style of making everything look simple did not profess the ecstasy with which I would leave the program after 6 days.

Our first practice session made me witness amazing reactions and I thought I was not as ready as others were. What meant to be an inward journey was getting externally focussed when members of the group shared their experiences. I knew I had not experienced the purpose yet. Each transpersonal experience was amazing but the earthy one is important. It all happened in the water session when I experienced my Birth once again and I felt “I am a dwija… it happened again...oh! I am a trija!!! Again chatruja!!! Panchja”...Well this was on the lighter vein. Each time I experienced the factors that affected me at birth I was a renewed person and it was unbelievable. Then opened the deeper experiences at all the stages of connecting to the elements especially earth, fire and space.

On one of the days we played spiritual cricket. Initially I felt I was too tired to participate but when the Boys started with their inherent capacity to make relatively great runs and the girls with pathetic bowling and throwing capabilities, I became an active participant with no designated duty. I thought I played a great role protecting my underdogs by influencing the Designated Umpires. And despite missing to hit almost all the balls, the Girls were declared winners! It was Great fun and revelation. Each one of us acknowledged our learning experience about ourselves and mine was “I discovered that I can cheat and lie to the core” doing it here was innocuous, yet it brought in a lot of self awareness. Since the experience is continuous I shall leave this inconclusive.
