9th Batch of 6-day Residential Training Program on “Past Life Regression Therapy”
In December 2009, we conducted the 6-day Residential Training Program on “Past Life Regression Therapy” at the Celebrity Resort, Shamirpet, Hyderabad. With this batch, which had a record 43 participants, the total number of people who have undergone the training in India has gone up to 225! We are getting closer to our target of training 1000 therapists in India!

On 26th December, Amala Akkineni visited the Life Research Academy’s own premises at Hyderabad for the first time. Her visit brought back fond memories - almost ten years ago, she was the one who had inaugurated “Past Life Therapy Clinic”, which later became the Life Research Academy! She is a meditator and great spiritual master and has recalled many of her past lives. She is the Secretary of the Blue Cross of Hyderabad, a non-profit Animal Welfare Organization that works for the welfare of animals and preservation of animal rights in the Twin Cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, India.
Free Meditation Classes
Free meditation classes are held on the last Sunday of every month at the Life Research Academy. These classes provide a wonderful opportunity for those interested in learning meditation to get initiated. The classes have also become an excellent platform for those who have earlier attended our workshops or taken individual sessions to meet and catch up with the latest developments at Life Research Academy and Life University. The class conducted on 27th December 2009 was conducted by Dr. Newton. Later, “The Shift”, a movie by Wayne Dyer was screened. The class on 31st January was conducted by Rajashekhar.
International Conference on Integrated Holistic Healing
Nowadays, we observe that awareness about holistic healing and alternative medicine is increasing all over the world. Integrated Healing Forum organized an “International Conference on Integrated Holistic Healing” at Nagpur on 9th and 10th January 2010. Dr. Newton was invited to deliver the Keynote address, which he did on the opening day of the conference. The response to his speech was excellent and the conference too was a grand success. Certification of the 7th batch of Past Life Regression Therapists
10 therapists appeared for the 7th batch certification exam for the on 10th January. They are Dr. Sai Sapna Anmolsingh (Trinidad), Dr. Soumya Rao (Bangalore, India), Purvi Beri (Dubai), Resmi R Mohan (Trivandrum, India), Akhila Suri (Rajahmundry, India), Harika Suri (Rajahmundry India), Dr. Beena Rani Goel (Belgaum, India), Ashwitha Vajandar, (Bangalore, India), Suchitra Joshi (Pune, India), and Nimmoo Kinger (Mysore, India). Dr. Sai Sapna Anmolsingh from Trinidad (West Indies) was adjudged the best therapist of the 7th batch, and Dr. Soumya Rao from Bangalore was adjudged the second best therapist.
Certified Therapists of the 7th Batch with Dr. Newton and Dr. LakshmiWorkshop on “Money and Spirituality – A Gateway to Prosperity & Success” at Hyderabad
After it was lauched in July 2009 at Delhi, the ‘Money and Spirituality’ workshop could not be conducted anywhere due to the packed schedule of Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi. Finally, we managed to conduct it on 16th and 17th January 2010. The workshop was a great success with 45 participants coming from all over India to attend it.
Workshop on “Radiant Relationships and Past Life Connections” at Pyramid Valley, Bangalore
This workshop was conducted at Pyramid Valley, Bangalore on 23rd and 24th January. This was also a much awaited workshop. Participants of GCSS 2009 had a preview of this workshop when they attended the presentation by Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi on “The Seven Essene Mirrors of Relationships”. This was the first time that this workshop was conducted in Bangalore. However, the participation was not limited to people from Bangalore, with many enthusiastic participants coming from all over India to attend it.

My Dear Friends,
Most of us are aware that our past affects our present. However, strange though it may seem, our future also affects our present! Much has been spoken about in new age literature and by new age spiritual masters about the changes that are affecting the earth at this point of time in its evolution.
These changes are a result of two aspects of our collective consciousness:
The first aspect is the sum total of all the thoughts that our collective consciousness has ever thought till this moment. Our thoughts create our reality, and we have been molding our world from our thoughts. As long as the balance of thoughts of our collective consciousness tilted in favor of strife and disharmony, that is exactly what our world experienced. The balance of thoughts has, once again, tilted in favor of peace and harmony thus ushering a new era. This is how our past affects our present.
The second, not so noticeable aspect is the future that we have already created! Just as child who dreams of an approaching birthday or a lover dreaming of meeting his beloved, both create their future events; whenever we think about the future with clarity and emotional intensity, we create it. As we approach an eagerly anticipated future, we begin to experience a shift in our energies as we align ourselves to the anticipated future. This is the effect of the future. The closer we get to the future the more noticeable is the shift in the energies. This is how our future affects our present.
The present time has been created ages ago, and references to it have been made since ancient times! In Vedic literature it has been called the beginning of a new Yuga (Age), the Mayan calendar sees 2012 as the end of their calendar, 2012 heralds the end of a cosmic year (the time that the solar system takes to complete one revolution around the centre of our Galaxy – the Milky Way), and so on. It is significant that people from diverse cultures and ethnicities spread across the length and breadth of the world, all of them, had pointed to this time as the Golden Age. We are now on the threshold of this Golden Age that our collective consciousness has already created!
There are many probable futures that we have already created and that includes futures that are not desirable. We can ensure a desirable future by looking into our probable futures, selecting the one that is desirable, and then focusing attention on it. The future is not something to be dreaded. It is something to be anticipated eagerly.
Find the future where your heart rests.
Give yourself completely to it.
Let it shape your present.

Dear Readers,
Firstly we wish to thank readers for their valuable feedback and suggestions as well as for the vital role played by them in creating more awareness about LIFE TIMES. The response to our request for subscriptions has been very good and we are pleased that LIFE TIMES is now reaching out to more and more people. Secondly, we would like to apologize for the delay in releasing this issue. Ever since we started bringing this out as a quarterly magazine, we have been faced with enormous challenges in bringing the issue to you as per the schedule. This is the third straight issue that we are releasing in the last three quarters, the earlier two being for the quarters April to June and July to September. This issue is for the quarter October to December. From the next issue onwards, we will start releasing the issue in the first month of the quarter - the Jan to March 2010 issue will be released in Jan 2010. Once this is decided and willed strongly, the present activities will automatically fall in place in such a way as to bring the desired outcome to fruition. This is what we recognize as the ‘impact of the future on our present’, which incidentally is the theme of this issue!
From this issue onwards, we have added many new interesting features. We have started sections on Poetry and Humor and have also introduced new serial articles featuring the following:
- Book Reviews
- The Science of Meditation
- Pioneers of Past Life Regression
- Descriptions of 10 Great Spiritual Websites
One of the prime objectives of the Life Research Academy is to bring the wisdom of great Spiritual Masters from around the world to spiritual seekers. In keeping with this we have successfully conducted the 2nd “Global Congress of Spiritual Scientists” along with the Pyramid Spiritual Trust; at Pyramid Valley, Bangalore, and also conducted a free lecture by Leonard Orr, the father of Rebirthing-Breathwork. These events were possible due to Dr. Newton’s interactions with the concerned masters several years ago. He has already envisaged many such events in future. That future has therefore brought about the recent visit to the USA wherein he met 40 spiritual masters at a single event! This is another classic example of how the future is impacting the present!
Social networking is one of the greatest tools available on the internet to help connect with and remain in touch with like-minded people. We have integrated facebook and twitter into our website while other sites like orkut are in the process of being integrated.
As already informed earlier, the 80G exemption for LIFE FOUNDATION has been received. We plan to commence work in 2010 to bring LIFE UNIVERSITY into existence.
LIFE is the River of the Present.
LIFE UNIVERSITY is the Ocean of the Future.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE LAST FEW MONTHS
Dear Readers,
The period from August to November 2009 saw multifarious activities at the Life Research Academy. We are pleased to bring to you the highlights of this four month period.
2nd Batch of 6-day Residential Training Program on ‘Inner-Child Work’
From 8th to 13th August, the 2nd Batch of 6-day Residential Training Program on ‘Inner-Child Work’ was conducted at the wonder Eco Resort ‘Our Native Village’, Bangalore. One could not have hoped for a better venue to bring out the child in everyone. The participants had a great workshop.

The resort is managed by Susheel Nair and his wife Kapila. Both of them are therapists in Past Life Regression, Rebirthing, and Inner-child work; having attended all the three versions of the training programs that are conducted at present by the Life Research Academy.

Susheel has been closely associated with the Academy since many years. Readers may recall that he was the first validated case of past life recall of the Academy. Shortly after the Inner Child Program, he visited Hyderabad to have a past life regression session with Dr. Newton to seek clarity with respect to some important issues in his life. The session he had on 29th August was simply amazing, and was a major turning point in his life. Susheel shared his experience with the participants of the free meditation session at the Academy on the next day. More details of this profound session will be brought to you in the subsequent issue of LIFE TIMES. Before the session, Dr. Newton gave a discourse on ‘Maha Pragya Jeevan’ – principles of living as taught by ‘The Buddha’.
Visit to Life University Land
On September 1st, Dr. Newton visited the Life University Land along with Sridevi, Vatsala, and Nikhil. The four of them meditated there and brought back the wonderful energy of the place as well as some great pictures. Here are some of them.

Covering new places
It always gives us great pleasure when new places are covered. During the Europe trip from 11th to 30th September, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi visited Sweden and Norway, both countries that they had not visited before. In the same trip they visited Barcelona (Spain), Paris (France), and Prague (Czech Republic). They conducted a workshop in Prague. A detailed report on this trip will be featured in the next issue of LIFE TIMES.

Within India too several new places were visited - Dharmashala (Himachal Pradesh), Jalandhar (Punjab), Amritsar (Punjab), and Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh) with the “2-day Workshop on Past Life Regression & Spiritual Science” being conducted at Jalandhar and Aligarh.
“Masters of the World Unite”
This is the motto of the Global Congress of Spiritual Scientists. The spirit of this statement was followed to the letter in October and November with the following events featuring international masters:
- The 2nd Global Congress of Spiritual Scientists (2nd to 5th October) at Pyramid Valley, Bangalore. On behalf of the Life Research Academy, the conference was attended by Dr. Newton, Dr. Lakshmi, Rajashekhar, and Srisharan. Dr. Newton is the Organizing Chairman of GCSS, and Rajashekhar is the Program Co-ordinator of the GCSS. A detailed report on this event is featured in this issue of LIFE TIMES.

- Leonard Orr’s Visit to the Life Research Academy (12th November) and his lecture at the Academy on ‘The 5 Greatest Ideas of the Century”. A brief report on this event is featured in this issue of LIFE TIMES.
- ‘I Can Do It!’ conference at Tampa, Florida, USA. This gem of a conference featuring 40 leading New Age masters was organized by Louise Hay who is a herself a living legend among New Age masters. Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi attended this conference. A brief report on this event is featured in this issue of LIFE TIMES.
Meditation – The Key to Inner Awakening
Meditation is the key to Inner Awakening, and it has always been Dr. Newton’s wish to teach meditation to as many people wherever he goes. In addition to the meditation sessions at the Life Research Academy, meditation sessions were conducted at Vasavinagar, Hyderabad, Aligarh, Sweden, and Dubai (en-route to India from the USA trip).

My Dear Friends,
Today, a vast majority of people in the world feel that they are the victims of circumstances and situations in their lives. The main cause of this ‘Victim Consciousness’ is the fear of the unknown, which causes the perception that they are separate from the rest of the world. Due to this fear, they are constantly battling their demons, both seen and unseen, leading to victimization. As a reaction to this, the ego develops masks with the intention of shielding them from further victimization. Ironically, it is these games played by our ego that perpetuates this feeling of victimization. By masking, the ego actually increases the individual’s alienation from everyone and also from his/her own inner essence. The ego thus makes us identify with pain, suffering, and the holding onto of viewpoints that are of a limiting nature, thus disconnecting us from our inner essence.
If only those who are experiencing disconnection had adequate self-knowledge, they would clearly know that their state of disconnectedness is due to the illusion of separation created by the ego. They would understand that there are no victims, or for that matter aggressors, in the world. They would realize that the world is full of people who are always creating their own reality. Victimhood is a result of fears – fears that could not been overcome due to ignorance regarding the true nature of our essence. This state of ignorance will continue as long as the ego continues to play its games.
The dissolution of the ego can take place by journeying into one’s own inner essence. The true nature of the inner essence is about, Oneness, Joy and Freedom.
- When we live our lives without being connected to our own inner essence we manifest our deepest fears, thereby resulting in the occurrence of the things that we do not wish to experience. This is Creation by Default.
- When we live our lives with the connectedness to our own inner essence, we manifest our grandest wishes, thereby resulting in the occurrence of the things that we wish to experience. This is Deliberate Creation.
Creation by Default leads to Victimhood. Deliberate Creation leads to Creatorhood.
Come; take the quantum leap from Victimhood to Creatorhood.
Become the Deliberate Creators of your life experience.

Dear Readers,
LIFE TIMES has become an important tool for the Life Research Academy in its endeavor to bring people closer to their ‘real’ selves. We have some good news for you all! LIFE TIMES is now being published as a Quarterly Magazine. The April issue was released on 25th April 2009, which was the closing day of the “Training Program on Rebirthing-Breathwork” at the Celebrity Club & Resort, Shamirpet. At that time we had announced that not only would we would we be bringing this out as a Quarterly Magazine, but we would also be commencing subscriptions. We are pleased to inform you that LIFE TIMES was opened for subscriptions on the 14th of June 2009, which incidentally was the closing day of the Training Program on “Past Life Regression Therapy”.
LIFE TIMES is the magazine for Spiritual Seekers and Spiritual Seers alike. In reality, every seeker is a seer and every seer is a seeker. Each and every one of us are masters of us own destinies, containing within us all that is necessary for self-actualization. However, to awaken this inner potential and achieve self-actualization, there are three activities that every individual is required to do:
- ‘Dhyana’ or Meditation
- ‘Swa-adhyaya’ or Self Study – Reading information on Spiritual Knowledge
- ‘Satjana-Sangatya’ or Interaction with like-minded people – Sharing Experiences & Wisdom
This is the three-fold path to self-actualization. As is evident, LIFE TIMES plays a significant role in all the above three activities.
Of late, there have been many exciting developments at the Life Research Academy, and we would like to share some of the important ones with you all. With the launch of the Two-day Workshop on “MONEY AND SPIRITUALITY – A Gateway to Prosperity and Success”, on 25th July at Delhi, we have fulfilled yet another promise that we made to ourselves – to bring home the understanding and wisdom required to become a Deliberate Creator of one’s own life experience and thereby live life with LOVE, JOY, CREATIVITY, and PURPOSE. Our Website has been recreated with the latest addition of many useful links like Videos, Related Links, Events, Channeled Material, Site Map, Route Map, and more. Another feature that was added is that we have provided online Forms for LIFE TIMES Subscription, LIFE TIMES Sponsorship, and for LIFE FOUNDATION Donations.
LIFE FOUNDATION is the trust that has been formed for the purpose of bringing LIFE UNIVERSITY into existence. The first phase of the Website of LIFE UNIVERSITY has been launched. We have also applied for the 80G exemption that enables donors to set off 50% of their donation against their taxable income. The 80G exemption is likely to come through soon. The registration of 108 acres of land for LIFE UNIVERSITY has already been completed, and we are all set to commence the work on bringing this dream into reality.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE LAST FEW MONTHSDear Readers,
There was no letting up in the pace of activities at the Life Research Academy, with the last few months being event-filled.
At Pragya Channel Episodes 
April started off with a big bang with Two-day workshops on “Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science” at Pune and Mumbai within the first week. Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi then moved to Delhi for shooting the episodes for Pragya Channel. The next place on the itinerary was Dehra Dun, where they conducted a workshop on “Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science”. They also visited an ancient temple near Dehra Dun and conducted a meditation session there. This temple was a place of very high energy. After returning to Hyderabad they conducted the 6-day Residential Training Program on “Rebirthing - Breathwork” from 10th April to 25th April at Celebrity Club, Shamirpet (this was the fourth batch). On 30th April, they left for Dubai as part of their tour to Mexico, Costa Rica, and the United States of America.
On the way from Delhi to Dehra Dun (on April 10th), they met the masters of ‘Gayatri Pariwar’ at Haridwar and Rishikesh. The ‘Gayatri Parivar’ is an organization founded by Shriram Sharma Acharya. The Gayatri Pariwar fraternity, with over 3000 social reform centers (Shakti-peeths), is his greatest contribution to the modern world. He translated the entire Vedic Vangmaya and accomplished a feat of writing more than 3000 books on all aspects of life.

This tour lasted almost one month (from 30th April to 28th May), and had many firsts for Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi.
- First workshop on “Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science” in Dubai
- First visit to Mexico and First workshop on “Meditation and Spiritual Science there.
- First visit to Costa Rica and First workshop on “Past Life Regression & Spiritual Science” there.
- First Training Program on “Past Life Regression Therapy” in the United States of America.
Step Pyramids(Sun Pyramid), Mexico 
From April onwards, we have once again started conducting free meditation classes on the last Sunday of every month. These were temporarily stopped while renovation work was going on. On the last Sunday of every month, from 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM, there would be a free meditation class and sharing of experiences, followed by a video presentation on some interesting spiritual topic. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who has taken PLR sessions or has attended any of the workshops of Life Research Academy to interact and share experiences with like-minded people. They are free to bring along with them new people who wish to learn meditation. Free Meditation sessions were thus held on the last Sundays of April, May and June.
LIFE TIMES 
The first issue of LIFE TIMES was released on November 24th 2007. After a long gap, the second issue was released on 25th April 2009. However, the good news for readers is that from then on it is being printed every quarter on a regular basis with more and more interesting articles being featured in every issue.
June - Another Fulfilling Month
June was another busy month with back-to-back workshops in Hyderabad - the two-day workshop on “Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science” (6th and 7th June) followed by the 8th batch of Training Program on “Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science” (9th to 14th June). From 15th to 21st, Life Research Academy played host to the gifted Medium and Healer Michaela Adam-Horst from Germany. She conducted a two-day workshop on “Channeling and Mediumship”, this being the first time that Life Research Academy conducted a workshop by an international master in its own premises.

The highlight of the Shillong trip was the visit by Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi to the school for mentally challenged children (on 29th June), where they gave a presentation. Earlier they had conducted a two-day workshop on “Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science” on 27th and 28th June. Ooma Tewari was responsible for making the Shillong workshop and other activities possible.
Kolkata
Though this was neither the first trip nor the first workshop in Kolkata, it marked the return of the ‘introductory session’. Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi conducted an introductory session on 30th June at the Rotary Sadan, Kolkata. This was followed by a two-day workshop on “Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science” at Kolkata Club on 1st and 2nd July. Dr. Amitava Mookerjee, a noted Opthalmolagist from Kolkata helped to organize the introductory session and workshop.

My Dear Friends,
We all want to create a better reality than the one we presently find ourselves in. However, most of us do not succeed because we do not fully understand the creative process. It is now time for everyone to understand and apply the creative process, and thereby take complete responsibility for one’s own life.
Everything that we create first takes birth within us as a seed idea – a thought, an intention. At this stage the creation is ‘unmanifested’ potential – like a seed that contains within it the potential to become a great tree. Through the power of our consciousness, we turn all the ‘unmanifested’ potential seeds into kinetic ‘physically manifest’ trees and fruits. Thoughts (when we intend to create something) are followed by Words (when we speak about what we want to create), and then by Deeds (when we work towards what we want to create). This is how we create our own reality – not some of it, not most of it, but all of it! Thus we are all masters of our own destinies.
There is great joy in creating. There is greater joy and learning when we ‘co-create’ through our continuous interaction with other Souls! That is the reason why we have all chosen to incarnate together as Groups of Souls, each with its individual, clear purpose in every lifetime and at the same time with our lives exquisitely woven together into a fabric of ‘human existence’. The thread that this fabric is made up of is LOVE – the most powerful energy in the universe! Were it not for love, the earth would have been destroyed long ago.
To translate the above wisdom into conscious thoughts, words, and deeds, each one of us needs to do as follows:
- be an enlightened one.
- take the evolutionary path of the Time Spiral Evolutions (T.S.E.).
- break free from all the limitations of the Past and step into the next stage of Evolution.
- come out of the Time Loop Repetitions (T.L.R.) of endlessly experiencing past-life patterns.
- thoughts are manifesting much faster than ever before.
- More people have begun to understand the above than ever before.
- More synchronicities (meaningful coincidences) are occurring than ever before.
- More Masters (both physical and non-physical) are guiding our evolution than ever before.
These are exciting times. Be a part of this GREAT SPIRITUAL (R)EVOLUTION!

It has been rightly said that the creative power of two people working together in total harmony towards a set of goals is equal to that of one million people working independently towards the same set of goals. We may also add that with every additional person in total harmony with the rest of the team, the creative power increases one thousand fold. One of the greatest gifts that we as members of the Life Research Academy team have received from the marvelous first seven years of its existence is that we have come to understand this simple but powerful truth through our own practical experience.
It is very heartening to note that the power of teamwork has also been understood and harnessed by those who came into contact with the Life Research Academy, especially the lightworkers who are associated with us as Therapists, Wellwishers, Associates, and Volunteers. A case in point was the “Dhyana Jagat” celebrations on 24th November 2007. The idea of having the event to coincide with Dr. Newton’s birthday was put forth by Brahmarshi Patriji with barely days to go for the actual date. The entire extended team of Life Research Academy galvanized into action and their phenomenal energy was palpable. The event, which was witnessed by over 3000 people, was a grand success, and among many other things, the following major activities were performed:
- Unveiling the model of “Life University” by Brahmarshi Patriji.
- Launching of “Dhyana Jagat” (the final stage of the movement to make every individual on this planet a Spiritual Master).
- Honouring 15 international masters who had come from Europe to grace the occasion.
- Recognizing the contributions of, and honouring over One Hundred persons who have been closely associated with the Life Research Academy since its beginnings.

As more and more people are aligning themselves to the goals of Life Research Academy, the creative power is growing exponentially and our goal of making “Life University” a reality will become that much simpler.
It has also been said that life changes dramatically every seven years. This has certainly been the case at Life Research Academy. Ever since its inception at the dawn of the new millennium in the year 2000, it has continued to march steadily toward achieving its goals. We did not notice how the time had flown and how much had been achieved. The only thing that got our attention was what remained to be done. As we entered the second seven years of our existence, the quantum shift in the activities became ever so perceptible. The main focus of this issue is to bring to light the activities of the Life Research Academy during the most crucial 18 months of its life, as it made the transition into the Second Seven year cycle.During these 18 months, we have been finding it difficult at times to keep pace with and balance the priorities of the various activities. The important works that suffered were the updating of our website, and the publishing of this Magazine. We have recently redesigned our website and we hope that you like the updated contents and new look. With the release of this issue of the Magazine, we have reiterated our commitment to keep our readers informed about the wonderful developments and events involving Life Research Academy that have been taking place all over the world. Please accept our sincere apologies for not having brought out this issue for over a year.
If Life Research Academy has touched the lives of thousands directly and hundreds of thousands indirectly, with the advent of Life University, we are now poised to touch the lives of millions directly and billions indirectly – literally the whole world! Each one of us is like a thousand-faceted diamond. However, most of us are yet to uncover these facets. As each facet is uncovered, we begin to be filled with Love. Love is the essence of the Soul. By teaching the practical application of profound spiritual wisdom, Life University seeks to help people to uncover their hidden facets and let the brilliance of their Soul essence, which is Love, radiate into the Universe.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE LAST 18 MONTHSMy Dear Friends,
Many exciting things have happened during the last 18 months time. The following are the highlights:
INTRODUCING “Rebirthing-Breathwork” and “Inner-Child Work” Training Programs
Every year LIFE RESEARCH ACADEMY introduces a new workshop. Six workshops were introduced during the period 2001 - 2006. “Rebirthing-Breathwork” and “Inner-Child Work Training Program” were introduced in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
Though breath is our constant companion, most of us are not aware that we are breathing. In September 2007, we had our first Training Program on Rebirthing-Breathwork at the Celebrity Club & Resort, Shamirpet. In this amazing workshop, Dr. Newton helped participants to reconnect with their true selves with the help of intuitive energy breathing techniques. The key to breathwork is the understanding and practice of the fact that when we breathe, we breathe in not only air, but the subtle cosmic energy that energizes, revitalizes and cleanses the physical body as well as the etheric and pranic bodies. Through rebirthing-breathwork, participants were able to release deeply buried trauma and also connect with; their past-lives, astral masters, and their innermost selves. All the participants had amazing experiences.
Child Workshop at Goa
ParticipentsWhen we are born, we are closely connected to our divine essence. The qualities of Spontaneous Action, Unconditional Love, Abundance, Joy, and Creativity are the divine-childlike qualities of the Inner Child that is fully present in all of us when we are born. The trauma of life, social conditioning, parental conditioning and other factors cause the loss of the inner child which withdraws, taking away with it, a vital part of our divine-childlike qualities. Inner-Child work seeks to bring back the withdrawn Inner-Child and restore our divine-childlike essence, which is essence of all beings. The Inner-Child Work Training Program was conducted at Goa from 30th September to 5th October 2008. This was also the first time that we conducted a training program outside of Hyderabad.
LIFE UNIVERSITY – A long cherished dream
On the morning of 24th November 2007, which incidentally is Dr. Newton’s birthday, his long cherished dream of bringing “Life University” into existence began to take shape with the unveiling of the model of “Life University” by Brahmarshi Patriji at the Life Research Academy, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. LIFE UNIVERSITY is the dream of Dr.Newton that had its origin many lifetimes ago when he was a Buddhist teacher in Takshashila University. It has taken many lifetimes of work and innumerable synchronicities to create the conditions required for the manifestation of this dream. LIFE UNIVERSITY would act a guiding light and show to the entire world the practical application of spiritual wisdom in our daily lives.
Everything that we create begins as a thought that we continue to give energy to, until it manifests physically. We therefore welcomed 2008 with a meditation session at the Life Research Academy, wherein the focus was on giving energy to the “Life University”. In March 2008, this energy led to the identification of a 108 acre stretch of land for the “Life University” at Nagsanpally Village (Near Vikarabad), Rangareddy District, Andhra Pradesh. The land is 88 kilometers (ninety minutes drive) from Life Research Academy. It is located in an area with a beautiful landscape endowed with natural healing energies. The eventual acquisition of 108 acres took place in August 2008, and an additional 45 acres are in the process of being acquired. In April 2008, we identified the land for a Research Center at Uttaranchal. This piece of land is set amidst the snow-capped Himalayas – a place of breathtaking beauty and high energy.
DHYANA JAGAT – Rededicating ourselves to the goal
In the evening of 24th November 2007, we had another grand event “Dhyana Jagat”, which marked the launch of the movement to take ‘Meditation and Spiritual Science’ to all parts of the world and make every individual on the planet a meditator and spiritual master, thereby achieving our vision “Spiritualize Planet Earth by the year 2012”. The event was attended by over 3000 meditators from all over the world and was presided over by Brahmarshi Patriji. A notable part of this event was the honoring of overseas guests who have been associated with the Life Research Academy and who attended the event. In November 2007, we published the first books that emerged from Life Research Academy. The first was “The Science of Past Life Regression” by Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi (a Telugu version of this book was also published). The Second book was “Consciousness Heals” by Dr. Newton.

MAJOR MILESTONE – Over 150 Therapists trained at Life Research Academy
The fifth batch of our “Training Program on Past Life Regression Therapy” was conducted from 11th to 16th December 2007 at Celebrity Club and Resort, Shamirpet. With the completion of this batch, exactly 100 people had undergone this training till then. With the seventh batch in December 2008, this number has increased to 150.
SPIRITUAL TOURISM – The seamless merger of work and pleasure
Spirituality brings about its own brand of tourism. We call it “Spiritual Tourism”. At Life Research Academy, we believe that Tourism and work go hand in hand. Every travel for the purpose of spreading the work is simultaneously an opportunity for an expansion, refreshing, and recharging of the spirit. Similarly, every travel for leisure is also a wonderful opportunity to learn, teach, and simply bask in the oneness of creation; which is the ultimate aim of all tourism. There are two aspects to “Spiritual Tourism”. The first is visiting places of spiritual importance, and the other is the resorts themselves, which are introducing Spas which offer alternative healing & therapies, exclusively vegetarian cuisine, and, are operated on eco-friendly lines.“Our Native Village” is one such resort near Bangalore. Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi visited this amazing resort on 19th and 20th July 2008. Later, in the first week of January 2009, the entire team of Life Research Academy visited “Our Native Village” to attend the inauguration of “Soul Spa”. “Soul Spa” offers New-age therapies like Past Life Regression, Rebirthing-Breathwork, Music Therapy etc. in a wonderful eco-friendly campus that produces almost 90 percent of its own energy requirements and also recycles 100 percent of the waste in the attached organic farm! As an example of living in harmony with Mother Earth it is second to none in the world.

The LIFE RESEARCH ACADEMY team ended the year 2007 with a visit to Pondicherry and Thiruvanamalai. The main places visited at Pondicherry were the Aurobindo Ashram and Auroville. Both the places served as great inspirations for “Life University”. The beautiful city of Thiruvanamali, located on the foothills of the Arunachala Hills, was the venue for the week-long “Ahimsa Dhyana Yagnam” organized by the Pyramid Spiritual Society, Chennai. Dr. Newton gave a presentation on Spiritual Science, after which he conducted a group Past-life-regression session. While at Thiruvanamalai, the LIFE RESEARCH ACADEMY team visited the Ashram of Ramana Maharishi. They also visited and meditated at the cave where Ramana Maharishi used to meditate.
From 2nd to 9th July 2008, the LIFE RESEARCH ACADEMY Team went on a vacation to Bali and Singapore. Bali has beautiful places for sightseeing, and the local people there are very spiritual.It was unanimously felt that if we were to have one of our workshops outside India, then Bali would be the first choice. At Singapore Dr. Newton Conducted a meditation session in the Hotel room for those who came to visit him.
INCREASING AWARENESS ABOUT SPIRITUAL SCIENCE
Today, we find an increasing awareness about Spiritual Science with more and more people recognizing the fact that we are “Spiritual Beings having a Human Experience”. In May 2008, the Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) organized a forum for speakers on Spiritual Science. Dr. Newton gave a presentation on “Self-Healing - Finding Your Inner-Doctor”. Even in the corporate world the awareness about the integration of Mind, Body and Spirit is increasing. Upon their request, Dr. Newton presented a one day workshop on “Spirituality for Corporate Success” for the executives of Cognizant Technologies, on 13th June 2008. The excellent feedback from the participants prompted the management to invite Dr. Newton to conduct a session on “Effective Leadership through Inner-Awareness and Past-Life Wisdom”, for their top leadership team on 24th December 2008. Even the youth are touched by the Spiritual Revolution. Upon the request of PYMA (Pyramid Young Masters Association), on 8th June, Dr. Newton delivered a lecture on “Karma” to a gathering of PYMA members and invitees.On 30th September Dr. Newton gave a presentation on “Spiritual Science” and conducted a meditation session at BITS Pilani, Goa.
MASTERS OF THE WORLD UNITE!
To achieve the goal “Spiritualize Planet Earth by the year 2012”, it is important to have a common platform for spiritual masters from across the globe to share their experiences and wisdom with large gatherings of interested people. 2008 saw the birth of one such platform in India – “Global Congress of Spiritual Scientists” – (GCSS). The common vision of Brahmarshi Patriji (founder of the Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement), and Dr. Newton, the dates of the first GCSS (25th -31st December 2008) were decided in March itself and work on it started immediately. A detailed report on the GCSS is covered in this issue of “LIFETIMES”.
In September 2008, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi attended the Third World Congress on Regression Therapy (WCRT3) at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. So far they have attended all the three World Congresses of Regression Therapy heldso far. After WCRT3, they visited Jon of God; the famous Brazilian Physchic Surgeon. This was followed by trips to Peru and Argentina. In Peru they visited Machu Pichu, the site of the Inca Civilization, where they met and interacted with shamans who practiced the ancient indigenous shamanic traditions. A detailed report on this trip will be covered in a subsequent issue of the “LIFETIMES”.
In November 2008, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi visited Europe. The main event of this tour was attending the First European Human Forum which was initiated by the Alliance for a New Humanity (ANH). The president of the ANH is Dr. Deepak Chopra, who is today one of the foremost New-age masters in the world. The vision of the ANH is “to connect people, who, through personal and social transformation, aim to build a just, peaceful, and sustainable world, reflecting the unity of all humanity.” The First European Human Forum with the theme: ‘Converging Social and Personal Transformation’ was held in Barcelona from 7th to 9th November 2008. Dr. Newton delivered a lecture as well as presented a workshop at the Forum. Sharing the platform with Deepak Chopra was an honour in itself, and this was amplified by the excellent response from the audience for both the lecture and workshop presented by Dr. Newton. Dr. Newton interacted with Deepak Chopra who was very pleased with the work being done by the Life Research Academy.
On 14th March 2009, Dr. Newton Spoke on “Spiritual Parenting” at the “Beautiful Minds”. Beautiful Minds - Ideas for the world, in its first edition this year, brought together 7 inspiring speakers with 7 ideas that have the potential to change the way we think, even change the world. Beautiful Minds is a platform where thinkers and doers meet to talk of and listen to ideas that are unleashed from some of the greatest minds of our times. It was held at the international award winning, 100% eco-resort in Bangalore, Our Native Village, which itself epitomizes a brilliant yet noble idea on sustainability and environment-conscious living. The 2009 edition brought together an eclectic group of seven thinkers like Nandan Nilekani, Subroto Bagchi, Dr.Newton Kondaveti, Ullas Karanth, Narayan Reddy, Janet Attwood and Hasnat Mansur, who where each were given 20 minutes to present their ideas.
MEDITATION EVERYWHERE!
For Dr. Newton, teaching meditation is a passion. Despite his busy schedule, he always finds time for conducting meditation sessions and meditation classes. Some of them are as follows:

Jan 2009 Raipur: One-day workshop in KVA Pyramid and guiding the kids of the school towards meditation (each one of the participants had an extraordinary experience and the whole exercise was very well taken up by the media people as well). Shailendra Jain organized these events at Raipur.
WOMEN’S DAY SPECIAL
On the occasion of women’s day, the Pyramid Spiritual Societies, Vizag invited Dr. Lakshmi to address the gathering at Vizag on 8th March 2009. Dr. Lakshmi addressed the audience and spoke at length on various topics ranging from vegetarianism, animal welfare, women’s issues, meditation, past life regression, etc. She received a wonderful response from the audience.

Oshodhara – Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi presented a Workshop on “Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science” at Oshodhara (near Pathankot in Punjab). Prof. Chaitanya Agarwal of Oshodhara had invited them. The participants gave excellent feedback and it seemed that they were just waiting for a workshop like this.
Shillong – Meditation sessions were conducted and arrangements were finalized to conduct a Workshop on “Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science” there in future. We heartily acknowledge the efforts of Ooma Tewari towards making this trip possible and helping us to conduct workshops in Shillong.
Gujarat – Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi visited Junagadh and conducted Meditation sessions there. They visited Gir Forest where they saw Lions at close quarters, and met Mystics who lived in the forest.
Goa – 18th & 19th March: First Workshop on “Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science” at Hotel Mandovi, Goa. We heartily acknowledge the efforts of Dr. Aruna towards making this workshop possible.

Dear Friends,
Welcome to this latest issue of “LIFE TIMES”. We wish all readers a joyful and enlightening new year. The past few months witnessed a flurry of activity at the Life Research Academy. Most of the events were possible due to the continuous expansion of our network of Light -workers through amazing synchronicities and meaningful coincidences.
The Europe tour of Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi in October 2006 included their first ever visit to Turkey. They went there in response to an invitation from Diba Aiyten Yilmaz - a Past-Life-Regression Therapist. She had first met Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi during the Second World Regression Congress held in March 2006 at New Delhi where she happened to volunteer as a subject of a demonstaration during the presentation by Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi on “Breath as an Invaluable Tool in Past-Life-Regression”. She lost no time in inviting the couple to Turkey. While in Turkey, the couple met the “Mevlana Brotherhood” which is a spiritual organization which has a core group credited with the channeling of wisdom from masters. Some of the channeled information is available in a book called “The Knowledge Book”. During the rest of the Europe tour, they visited Mascollades (Spain), Barcelona (Spain), and Amsterdam.
With hardly a few days to rest after the hectic Europe tour the couple embarked on yet another arduous tour to U.S.A. and Chile. The U.S. trip was a result of meaningful coincidences and Mr. Nagaraj and Mr. Krishna Rao were responsible for making it happen. During the U.S. trip, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi first visited St. Louis and presented seminars there. After St. Louis, they left for Chile where their host was Astrid Brink. The highlight of the Chile tour was the “Shamanic Journey”, which is a very powerful shamanic practice. They returned to India via the Detroit where they presented a seminar.
Nowadays, we can notice a tremendous increase in the awareness about spirituality in the corporate world. More and more companies are encouraging their employees and management to attend meditation classes and workshops/seminars on spiritual topics. NCR Corporation was one such company, which approached us and requested Dr. Newton to give a presentation on “Past-Life-Regression and Spiritual Science”. Dr. Newton gave this presentation on the 8th of December 2006.
It is our constant endeavor to train as many Past-Life-Regression Therapists as possible. The world needs them. In June 2005, we had reached a major milestone when we conducted the first ever workshop in India to train Past-Life-Regression Therapists. In June 2006 we reached another milestone when the first batch of Past-Life-Regression Therapists certified by Life Research Academy emerged. Our hearty congratulations to Anuradha Ramesh, Chetan B, Malathi Rao, Tripthi Jain, Sophia Roy Choudhary and Vishwanath R. Please spread the light and love. The third “Training Program for Past-Life-Regression Therapists” was conducted in December 2006 at “Celebrity Resort, Shamirpet” (near Hyderabad). We also conducted a basic workshop immediately preceding this Therapist Training.
As we approach 2012, the shift in human consciousness is becoming more and more noticeable. Nowhere is it more evident than in the increased media coverage of Spiritual Topics in both print as well as Television Media. The popular TV Channel “Star One” approached us to produce a Program about Past-Life-Regression for their serial “Mano Ya Na Mano”. The Program was filmed in December and broadcast in February 2007.
In January 2007, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi visited Sri Lanka and toured the beautiful Island country for 10 days. They visited many important places of high spiritual vibrations. Notable among them was “Adam’s Peak” from where they could see the “Etheric Pyramid” phenomenon. On January 13th Dr. Newton conducted a Meditation class and gave a talk on “Past-Life-Regression and Spiritual Science” to a group of people in Colombo. Chandi Jayasinghe organized the group.
As soon as they returned to Hyderabad from Sri Lanka, the Life Research Academy team played host to two light-workers from Europe - Alex and Joske. Alex hails from Spain and Joske from Belgium. They stayed at newly completed permanent premises of the Life Research Academy. This was the first time that we were hosting international guests here.
Later in February 2007, Dr. Newton gave a presentation on “Past-Life-Regression and Spiritual Science” to the students of Psychology at the “St. Francis College for Women”. This was the fifth consecutive year that the presentation has been given in the college and has become a standard annual feature at the college.
March witnessed another landmark event when we conducted the first workshop at our own permanent premises situated at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on the 3rd and 4th of March 07 with Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi presenting a “Basic workshop on Past-Life-Regression and Spiritual Science” there.
Continuing our mission to take this work to all parts of India, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi presented workshops in Baroda and Surat and later the first “Basic Workshop on Past-Life-Regression and Spiritual Science” at Chennai. The Chennai workshop was made possible due to the untiring efforts of Susheel Nair and Sunil Bhandari. Susheel introduced Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi to the participants and also told the participants about his own experiences in Past-Life-Regression.
In 2007 we plan to conduct our first intensive Training Program on Breathwork. Please stay in touch with our website for updates on our programs and activities.
Chronology and Details of Events:
October 2006 – From 4th October 2006 to 30th October 2006, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi visited, Turkey, Spain and Netherlands. The person who invited them to Turkey was Diba Aiyten Yilmaz – a Past-Life-Regression Therapist who conducts joint workshops with Andy Tomlinson – a Past-Life-Regression Therapist from UK. The couple went on to present seminars in Mascollades (Spain) and Amsterdam (Netherlands).
November 2nd to 21st 2006 – From 2nd November 2006 to 21st November 2006, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi visited the U.S.A. and Chile. Nagaraj invited them to St. Louis and Krishna Rao invited them to Detroit. The couple presented seminars in both the places. Astrid Brink invited the couple to Chile. They presented a seminar there. They also participated in a shamanic ritual called “Shamanic Journey” which was an amazing experience involving altered states of consciousness.
November 24th to December 7th 2006 – During this period Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi conducted Basic workshops in Mumbai, Pune and Nasik as well as an advanced workhop in Pune.

Welcome to this latest issue of “LIFETIMES”. The past few months saw tremendous activity at the Life Research Academy. January 2006 saw a trip to Egypt and Dubai. The highlight however, was the 2nd World Regression Congress held in March at the Tivoli Garden Resort, Mehrauli (Delhi) (a detailed report follows). Later in March, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi visited New Zealand. This was followed by a One-day presentation at the Hotel Leela Palace, Bangalore on “Past-Lives and Relationships” for the members of the Bangalore Chapter of YPO in April.
It is our constant endeavor to train as many Past-Life-Regression Therapists as possible. The world needs them. Last year we had reached a major milestone in June when we conducted the first “Therapist Training Workshop” in India. This June we conducted the second “Therapist Training Workshop” at Celebrity Club Resort, Shamirpet (near Hyderabad). The participants of the June 2005 batch were also present on the last day and shared their experiences with the new batch. This added a new dimension and vibrancy to the workshop. The day was also the evaluation day for the first batch. All the six participants who appeared for the evaluation passed the tests and were issued certificates by Dr. Newton. Our hearty congratulations to Anuradha Ramesh, Chetan B, Malathi Rao, Tripthi Jain, Sophia Roy Choudhary and Vishwanath R. Please spread the light and love.
In August, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi carried the torch to Gujarat where they conducted basic workshops in Rajkot and Ahmedabad. The response there was heart-warming. Dharti Rathod at Rajkot and Preethi Bhat at Ahmedabad were instrumental in bringing Gujarat onto the itinerary of Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi.
In September 2006 Dr. Newton gave a presentation at the “Life Positive Expo 2006” on “Past-Life-Regression and Spiritual Science”. This was the second time that he was doing so, the first being in December 2005.
Second World Regression Congress – A Report
This was a wonderful event that saw the participation of over 100 practitioners of Past-Life-Regression from countries as diverse as Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Costa Rica, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, USA and of course, the host country India. The duration of the main conference was 7th March to12th March. However, there were some pre-conference and some post-conference events as well. The highlights of the conference are as follows:
Main Conference: 7th March was the first day and was the day for allowing the participants to come in. The opening Ceremony was held at 6.30 PM. The organizing committee welcomed the participants and inaugurated the conference.
No tour to India by foreign visitors is considered complete without a visit to the Taj Mahal. The schedule for the 8th of March comprised a full day program consisting of a visit to the Taj Mahal and two lectures – one by Jaya Row on “Karma, Life and Beyond” and the other by Shantum Seth on “Life and Death: A Buddhist Perspective”.
9th March to 11th March were reserved for a) Presentations by Participants (21 participants presented their workshops), b) Presentations of Research Panel and c) Panel Discussion on “Definition of Spirituality and its use in day-to-day work and life.”
The workshop presented by Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi on “Breath as an Invaluable Tool in Past-Life-Regression was outstanding and drew rave reviews from those who attended it. The workshop educated the participants in the use of “Breathwork” in Past-Life-Regression and this was followed by two excellent practical demonstrations – one involving the entire group and the other on a volunteer.
Vote of Thanks: The organizing Committee consisting of Sunny Satin (Chairperson), Aarti Khosla, Christine Bartlett, Malathi Kuppuswamy and Marion Boon did an excellent job. There was a lot of interaction amongst the participants and this was an enriching experience for one and all. The participants had a wonderful time with entertainment programs every evening after a hectic conference during the day. Everyone was eagerly looking forward to 2008 for the 3rd World Regression Congress to be conducted at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Chronology and Details of Events:
3rd January 2006 – Rotary Club of Secunderabad: Dr. Newton gave a talk on “Past-Life-Regression and Spiritual Science” at the Hotel Manohar, Begumpet, Hyderabad. This was in in response to the invitation from Rotarian T. B. Rao, President of the Rotary Club of Secunderabad.
9th January to 21st January 2006 – Trip to Egypt and Dubai: Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi accompanied by their friends Sridevi, Rajashekhar, Sriramya and Srisharan went on a 12 day trip to Egypt and Dubai.
They spent the first nine days in Egypt. This was the most fascinating part wherein they visited the Pyramids of Giza, The Sphinx, the Aswan Dam and many other ancient temples and monuments in Egypt. They spent four days on a cruise that took them to several important cities like Luxor, Kom-Ombo, Edfu etc.
The last three days were spent at Dubai. Dubai is a modern architectural wonder built entirely in the desert and goes to prove that anything is possible if we have a clear vision of what we want and positive thinking to go along with it! Most of the important places in Dubai were visited. The highlights were the “Dhow Cruise” and the “Desert Safari” and the Beach. Dr. Newton gave a talk and conducted a meditation class at the house of Manish. A few of his friends also attended this session.
24th January 2006 - St. Francis College for Women, Secunderabad: Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi delivered a lecture at the college to the students of the “Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counseling Skills” course. Chandana Naik who is a lecturer at the college organized the lecture. This was the fourth consecutive year of delivering the lecture in the college.
16th Feb 2006 – National Industrial Security Academy (NISA), Shamirpet (Near Hyderabad):
On a special request from Mr. P.V.K. Reddy, I.P.S., Dr. Newton delivered a lecture on the “Science of Meditation” to the participants of the 11th Batch of trainees and the faculty of NISA.
7th March to 12th March 2006 – Second World Regression Congress, Delhi: (A detailed report on this event is in the first page of this section).
21st March to 2nd April 2006 – New Zealand Tour: Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi visited New Zealand upon invitation from Jayshree Mannie and Sudesh Mannie. They gave a presentation on “Past-Life-Regression and Spiritual Science” to a specially invited gathering at Auckland. They also visited Christchurch and interacted with some people there.
The couple also visited some important sightseeing locations including Mount Cook. They described New Zealand as “one of the most beautiful places on earth”.
April 2006 – During this month, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi presented the basic “Past-Life-Regression and Spiritual Science” workshops in Mumbai, Pune amd Nasik.
Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi gave a one day presentation on “Past-Life-Regression and Relationships” at the Hotel Leela Palace, Bangalore. This was in response to the invitation from YPO Bangalore. The presentation was well received.
May 2006 – In May 2006, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi went on a Europe trip covering Netherlands and Czech Republic via Germany. Wherever they went, they noticed growing interest in spiritual science and past-life-regression. They visited Cathars.
June 2006 – After returning from Europe, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi conducted a basic workshop on “Past-Life-Regression and Spiritual Science” in Hyderabad. This was immediately followed by the second “Therapist Training Workshop”. On the last day of the training program, the first batch participants were evaluated based on a written test and their presentations of case studies. Those who qualified were: Anuradha Ramesh (Hyderabad), Chetan (Tumkur), Malathi Rao (Hyderabad), Sophia Roy Choudhary (Hyderabad), Tripti Jain (Mumbai) and Vishwanath (Hyderabad). Life Research Academy extends hearty congratulations to them all. We shall be seeing many more people qualify as Past-Life-Regression Therapists in the years to come!
July – August 2006 – In July, the couple presented an advanced workshop on “Self-Mastery” at Mumbai. August was the time for spreading the work to new places. After a basic workshop at Pune the couple presented workshops at Rajkot and Ahmedabad (in Gujarat) for the first time. The workshop in Rajkot materialized due to the untiring efforts of Dharti Rathod and Preeti Bhatt was the person responsible for the Ahmedabad workshop. Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi were very happy to note the keen interest shown by people in both the cities. They were particularly impressed by the city of Rajkot, which is virtually a complete vegetarian city and has very good spiritual vibrations.
30th August to 13th September 2006 – Visit to Malaysia and China:
With hardly a couple of days of rest after the hectic Pune/Rajkot/Ahmedabad Tour, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi proceeded to Malaysia where they conducted a few meditation classes. From Malaysia they left for China. The visit to China was only to absorb the spiritual vibrations of the land that has a rich spiritual tradition. China is the birthplace of great spiritual masters like Lao Tzu, Chuang Tzu and Confucius.
September 2006 – After returning to Hyderabad from China, the couple presented an advanced workshop on “Self-Mastery”. Later in the month, Dr. Newton conducted a meditation class at Vasavinagar. This was part of a weeklong meditation program organized by the Vasavinagar spiritual society. Mrs. Nirmala of Vasavinagar spiritual society had earlier invited Dr. Newton and ensured that he makes it despite his busy schedule. Dr. Newton was very happy to see the huge gathering of people who had come to learn and participate in the meditation program. He fondly remembered how he had been instrumental in founding the society.
Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi left for Delhi on 21st September. Dr. Newton’s presentation at the “Life Positive Expo 2006” drew a full house and was appreciated by those who attended. Between 23rd September and 1st October, the couple presented workshops in Delhi and Chandigarh and conducted meditation classes in Delhi.

TRANSFORMATIONLife, Breath and Soul Like a fresh watermelon with its smooth green skin - uncut, the newspaper cutting, which featured Dr. Newton's Life Research Academy, lay intact inside my wife's vanity bag for almost 2 years, until one day she insisted we visit the Life Research Academy.
Life never seemed to be the same again for both of us. Each visit to the academy brought us closer to the essence of life. My association with Dr. Newton goes back to about three years ago.
I was a Mathematics Teacher at that time and also a Reiki channel. I was accustomed to channeling energy for healing close friends and family. On one such occasion, during the process of healing one of my friends, I suddenly saw one of her 'past' lives play before my eyes giving me an insight into the root cause of the problem she was facing in her current life. When I channeled Reiki energy with this new understanding her current life issue was resolved very harmoniously.
I had a similar experience once again when I was channeling energy for one of my close relatives. These were spontaneous experiences and roused my curiosity in the subject. Although I was vaguely familiar with the concept of reincarnation I had no clue on how it works or how to use it on a practical level. I was quite amazed by the effectiveness in healing, that these insights afforded me. That was when I heard for the first time about Dr. Newton and the workshops that he conducts on Past-Life Regression Therapy. I signed up for his Basic Workshop on Past-Life Regression Therapy and Spiritual Science.
Dr. Newton's Basic workshop is wonderfully crafted to cover a whole range of concepts rooted in a practical approach to spirituality of which, past life regression is a part. During the course of his basic workshop he educates us on his understanding of spirituality and its role in our day-to-day life, which is the only way that it should ever be addressed. Personally, at the completion of the two days I spent in his class, I came out a new person. I gained inconceivable knowledge about myself and my own past lives some of which were directly connected to certain situations in my current life.
I came back with so much to reflect upon; what I learnt in the workshop subtly changed the entire course of my thought pattern. Without consciously attempting to do so, I began to look at life differently especially in terms of my own contribution and purpose in "this" lifetime. Most of my earlier concerns and pre-occupations now seemed trivial and literally dropped off by the way side.
This led me to attend Dr. Newton's Advance workshop in Self-Mastery, which was an equally enriching experience. Since that first time I have attended both his Basic and Advance workshop many times over and subsequently went on to complete my Therapist Training Program under him.
Dr. Newton's workshops have this unique quality of never being repetitive. He constantly updates the knowledge that he imparts, sharing with his students his most recent perspectives and learning in the field of Past-Life Regression and Spiritual Science. Dr. Newton the person is a school by himself. He is one of the finest Spiritual Masters of our times. I am not alone when I say that as his student, we get to learn as much by merely observing him as we learn in his classes. He is a personification of each and every virtue that he expounds in his classes - an epitome of unconditional love, acceptance without censure or judgment, child-like openness, complete awareness in the present. The smile on his face is indelible; the constant sense of joy that exudes from his heart is unmistakable. He serves as the greatest motivation to each one of his students to attempt to be somewhat close to the kind of human being that he himself is.
At this juncture it is inevitable that I mention that the driving force behind him and his success is his petite, charming wife Dr. Lakshmi. She has the unique ability of making herself almost invisible and graciously directing all the attention and accolade towards her husband while in fact she matches her husband step for step in every sphere. Those rare classes that Dr. Lakshmi decides to take are a treat to the students.
Personally, I consider Dr. Newton to be the single largest factor in the transformation that has come about in my life. He has been a source of constant encouragement and support in my process of discovering myself and my purpose in life. He shared with me, without reservation, all the resources available to him in order to help me in my spiritual growth - one of them being his books!
From amongst the many great masters whose works I had the good fortune to read, the one who stayed on and became the focus of my life has been 'Seth.' Seth is an energy personality essence who was channeled by Jane Roberts and Robert Butts, an American couple. Seth has given to this world some of the most amazing truths about our existence, about our very being. Together they have produced close to thirty books. I was completely taken up by this entire volume of work and found myself resonating with every piece of information contained in them.
Had it not been for Dr. Newton, I would probably have enjoyed the wisdom and truths uncovered in these books in the privacy of my own life. However, he impressed upon me the need to share - the value addition that it would make to my own spiritual growth. Today, I have given up my job as a teacher of Mathematics. The insights I have gained from Seth combined with the training and guidance that I received from Dr. Newton, my incarnate spiritual guide, has defined a new path in my life. I now have my own centre through which I offer Past-Life Regression Therapy and also teach spiritual science through workshops based on my understanding of Seth's works.
I always knew that the biggest contributing factor that makes a difference between a life filled with love, peace and joy and a life of burden lies in our success in finding the right teacher; someone to guide us and help us navigate through the challenging areas. I consider myself as one of those fortunate ones who has succeeded!
